Prenatal and Newborn We provide outreach and information to families at all stages of their life experience with spina bifida. Because of privacy laws a family has contact us or give hospital personnel permission to do so. Our goal is to visit the parents of each newborn while they are still in the nursery with a gift for the baby and packet of information. Expectant parents can also contact us for information or the opportunity to speak with someone about spina bifida.
